Anurag Agarwal, social entrepreneur, investor and academic is the co-founder and CEO of JeffCorwinConnect, an eco-edutainment transmedia corporation providing products, programs, and services to engage people in the joys of the natural world.  After spending a decade on Wall Street as an Investment Banker and Private Equity investor, Anurag co-founded the company with Emmy-winning TV host and biologist Jeff Corwin in 2010 after recognizing the need for a consumer centric platform that offers positive, engaging and educational experiences to connect people to wildlife and nature. JeffCorwinConnect develops both online and onsite experiential products like content-based video/audio series, multimedia based eBooks, Games, Apps, Products for the mass/retail markets and interactive audio tours for zoos and aquariums. Anurag developed the unique business model of establishing product partnerships with a global network of companies/platforms to build a deep portfolio of “productized experiences” that are offered on a fully-integrated JeffCorwinConnect platform. JeffCorwinConnect currently has a presence in USA, Brazil, India and Singapore and is building a global community of “junior explorers” and “global citizens” to proliferate its message of conservation.

When not running his social enterprise, Anurag teaches Entrepreneurship at Boston University's Graduate School of Management where is he is the Director of Faculty for a Diploma Program in Entrepreneurship. Anurag also serves on Boards and is passionate about spreading the message of Social Entrepreneurship through his lectures and talks.
