In its second week, the Read to Lead Podcast broke its way into the Top 3 of all Career podcasts, just behind Entrepreneur on Fire and Dave Ramsey's EntreLeadership Podcast. Until June 2013, I served as 88.7 WAY-FM Nashville's Operations Director, a role I was promoted to in January 2005. During my 14-plus years with the organization, the Nashville operation enjoyed the distinction of being the highest rated station within the company. In April 2013, we experienced the highest weekly cume (total weekly audience) in our 21-year history (129,300). Also, WAY-FM Nashville was rated as the country's 24th most-listened to non-profit Christian station during my tenure. Our weekly cume consistently hovered between 100,000 and 120,000.

In 2010 I founded Brown Knows Media, LLC as a mobile app development firm specializing in affordable and simple to maintain mobile apps for small businesses and non-profits. Recently, we expanded our offerings to include web design, presentation design and platform building and coaching.

I also serve as organizer of the Franklin, TN chapter of Geek Breakfast, a monthly gathering of tech- and social media-minded individuals in and around the Franklin and Spring Hill, TN areas.
